Is it the be all end all of password management? Probably not, but in my opinion it has found it’s niche. For the convenience it offers, I am happy to pay for my subscription.

Software Ops has found their niche in the complex world of password management and they’ve nailed it. This is where MEO earns it’s righteous place in the world of password management.

If I need automated sign-on or a strong password generator I will go to Dashlane, but if I just need to get to a password quickly, I can authenticate by finger print and I am there in a matter of seconds. Why do I continue to use MEO after adopting Dashlane? Because it’s user interface is more efficient. I still have the application on all my desktop Macs as well as the app on my iPhone and I use both quite regularly. This however does not imply that I have given up on MEO. Personally, I have opted for the former over the later, but both are pretty much at the cutting edge. Notwithstanding these observations, the world of cyber security is growing more complex and there are now other password managers that are more robust than MEO, such as Dashlane and LastPass. It’s a solid app with a straight forward user interface. I have been using this application for years and it has yet to fail me. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Your subscription will automatically renew each month or year, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account.
